I've been living and working abroad since September 2010. My first stop was the Caribbean, but now I find myself in Abuja, Nigeria. Work-wise, I'm juggling a schedule of journalism, communications consulting, blogging and creative writing. Something I've been happily devoted a bunch of my work time to is a collection of non-fiction writing about (trying) to be an emancipated modern lady throughout my travels in the Caribbean. Also, I'm salivating over the new book project-- EAT IT: A Literary Cookbook of Food, Sex and Feminism-- which I'm co-editing with my colleague, Nicole Baute.
